The Pittsburgh Panthers, ranked number-4 in the country, just defeated the #1 UConn Huskies 76-68 in front a jam-packed crowd in Hartford, Ct.
Dejuan Blair scored 22 points and had a career-high 23 rebounds to lead the Panthers to their first win ever against a top-ranked team in the school's history.
Pitt was 0-13 all-time versus #1 teams entering Monday's game. They had previously been 0-3 when playing the Huskies when they were the number-one team in the country.
The loss ended a 13-game win streak for Connecticut. The Oklahoma Sooners should become the top-ranked school next Monday, should they defeat Texas in Austin, Tex., this Saturday, where the Gameday crew will be for the game of the week.
