It just wasn't Jo-Wilfried Tsonga's day at Wimbledon.
The French tennis star was ousted from the all-important tournament by fan favorite Andy Murray and even got his balls smashed along the way.
Oh yeah, in the early goings of Friday's semifinal with Murray, the Scottish tennis star smashed a volley straight at the most private of spots.
Tsonga took the shot like a man, which is to say he walked away gingerly before crashing to the ground in a heap of whimpering pain.
As Tsonga lay there motionless for a few moments, every man watching had the same exact thought coursing through his brain. Yup, that's about right.
That wouldn't be the end of it, because a real wiseacre managed to get the crowd going with his barb of, "New ball, please."
The crowd had a laugh at the poor gentleman who would get up wincing and go on to lose the match and be ousted from Wimbledon.
I'm not sure which is more painful: getting so close to the final only to see it wash away, being squashed in the wee parts or getting mocked while it all happens.
I will go with all of the above.
