Former UCLA kicker Kip Smith has transferred to Oklahoma State, a source told The Oklahoman Friday afternoon.
In Smith, the Cowboys have landed a successor to Quinn Sharp that was rated the No. 1 kicker in the nation by Rivals coming out of high school in 2010. Smith will sit out the 2012 season due to NCAA transfer rules and then will have two years of eligibility remaining...
