Rangers Score Record Number of Spots for All-Star Game

Seven members of the Texas Rangers have been selected to play for the American League in 2012 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. The number is a club record for the Rangers. According to the Associated Press outfielder Josh Hamilton received a record total of more than 11 million fan votes. He will start for the fifth consecutive year.
