Meet Michigan's Secret Recruiting Weapon

With 22 pledges already in the boat, Michigan is off to a smoking start with the Class of 2013. The Wolverines currently boast the No. 2 overall recruiting class in the country, headlined by 4-star signal-caller Shane Morris.

Michigan head coach Brady Hoke gets a lot of the credit for the Maize and Blue's stellar class, but 247Sports' national recruiting director JC Shurburtt unveils their secret weapon in the video above.

Watch to find out about the man who will spend his year behind the scenes and out of the spotlight, charged with closing the deal on one of the top classes in the country. He's the guy in the foxhole fighting Urban Meyer and Luke Fickell for the top recruits across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
