Sir Chris Hoy has crashed out of the Keiren Final in Copenhagen on Day 2 of the World Cup, and he will not compete in the final day.

The Olympic gold medalist was pushing for his second gold medal of the weekend, but then brushed into his opponent, Kévin Sireau, and crashed. He was taken to the hospital for an examination
