Line—Illinois -10

Illinois finds themselves in second place in the Big Ten, after pulling out a 60-59 victory over Northwestern on Thursday. With the exception of the Illinois shooting from the free throw line (2 of 12), it was a clean and well-played game. Northwestern went into halftime with a six point lead that Illinois was able to erase, thanks in part to Demetri McCamey's 21 points, including the game-winning basket with 2.9 seconds left.

With a 54-62 defeat at Minnesota on Tuesday, Indiana is now two games behind Iowa in the fight to stay out of the Big Ten Conference cellar. The Hoosiers committed a whopping 25 turnovers, while dishing out only 11 assists and grabbing just 20 boards. Indiana seeks to improve on their first matchup with Illinois on Jan. 10, when the Hoosiers suffered a 31 point shellacking.
