In this week's USL PRO Power Rankings, a new team moves up to the top of the heap. It's the Charlotte Eagles, who scored a breakthrough performance against the cellar-dwelling Los Angeles Blues.

Orlando City, after a disappointing set of draws, slides down to second.

It's going to be a busy week of football in the third division of American soccer, so let's take a look at the USL PRO Power Rankings.

1. Charlotte Eagles

Mark Steffens's Charlotte Eagles are at the top of this week's USL PRO Power Rankings after a 3-2 victory over the Los Angeles Blues at Charlotte Christian Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.

Dike was on the scoresheet in the 58th minute, and helped deliver a score for Irving Garcia in the 88th minute against the Charlotte Eagles—but it was not enough as the Blues fell, 2-3.

Dike also scored in the 25th minute against the Wilmington Hammerheads, but he could not do it alone as the Blues were blitzed, 2-4. Bryan Burke also scored for LA in the 60th minute of play.
