Brian Burke, President and General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced Sunday that the hockey club has signed forward Matt Frattin to a two-year contract, as well as forward Ryan Hamilton and goaltender Jussi Rynnas to one-year contracts, respectively.
