WWE News: Which Legend Will the WWE Bring Back This Monday (Spoiler)?
Courtesy WWE.com
For several weeks now, the WWE has graced us with many greats from the past as they head towards their 1,000 episode of Raw.
Some of these returns have been great, while others fell flat. Either way you slice it, the WWE has done their best to give us a trip down memory lane. Now, news is coming out that yet another Legend will be at this week's Raw.
According to Raj Giri of WrestlingInc.com, "I have heard from a source that Diamond Dallas Page will be the 'Blast from the Past' Legend for this Monday's RAW."
To date, every Legend that has returned has had some altercation with Heath Slater. Each time, Slater came up on the losing end of the conflict, but clearly the WWE sees something in Slater in order to be giving him so much TV time.
It should be noted: the article did not mention whether or not DDP will wrestle. I would think the chances of seeing him wrestling are slim, as he suffered some serious injuries during his career. Currently, DDP fancies himself as a fitness guru and created his own yoga program called DDPYoga.
Page boasts some great success stories, but none is greater than that of Arthur Boorma. Boorma is a disabled vet that was overweight and walking with crutches. That was until he got inspired by DDP. Now Boorma has not only lost weight, but walks on his own accord.
In the end, if DDP is indeed slated for Raw, it will be nice to see him back—even if he's only used to beat up Slater and cut a quick promo.
