Best College Football Game-Day Experience
College football season is creeping up on us, and as we get ready to tailgate and cheer on our teams, we decided to take a look around the nation at the atmospheres that folks will be venturing into for their big games in 2012.
Atmosphere is a great term that encompasses not just the tailgating and the ambiance of college football, but the game itself. Atmosphere is a sort of catchall term that reminds us of the electricity within a stadium and the big-time feel that comes with big-time football.
There are places all over the country that brag about having a great and unique experience. Oregon’s Autzen Stadium comes up on so many people’s list for its intimate feel but deafening noise. LSU’s night games tickle other people’s fancy. For the Big Ten, places like Ohio State and Michigan have massive crowds that set the tone for their big time atmospheres.
Keeping all that in mind, who is your pick for the best atmosphere in college football?
