UCLA – 3 over Arizona

Wow, UCLA sure lost a heartbreak to my Sun Devils. The Bruins are now one game out of first place in the Pac 10 at (8–3) in conference play.

They are a very good basketball team that just had a four game winning streak snapped. The last thing they will do is drop two straight in the great state of Arizona.

Arizona 17–8 (7-5), is back in track and has the possibility of making it to the NCAA tournament after I wrote them off three weeks ago for playing such poor basketball.

The Wildcats have been playing great basketball and have put together a nice winning streak in the process. Arizona has won their last six games in Pac 10 play and is searching for more after picking up a solid victory over USC on Thursday night.

UCLA PG Darren Collison and F Josh Shipp are both in their senior years and have the courage and tenacity to put the Bruins on their back. UCLA is a Final Four caliber team, that will take their frustration from Thursday night and use it to fuel their fire on Saturday in Tuscon, AZ.

Look for UCLA to play phenomenal basketball and beat the Cats by double digits handing them their first loss in over three weeks, and covering the spread.
