I know that you're sick of the rumors.

Will the Phoenix Suns trade Amare and Shaq? Or will they just trade one?

It saddens me to see a star player like Stoudemire want out of a situation so badly. But it's highly likely Phoenix will either accommodate him with a trade or ship out Shaq.

Here come five trade scenarios for Stoudemire and five scenarios for Shaq.

The trades are based on teams that have expressed real interest in either one.

1. Amare Stoudemire to the Cleveland Cavaliers

Cleveland has shown interest in acquiring Amare Stoudemire to team up with potential MVP Lebron James.

Undoubtedly, they feel pressure to match the "Big Three" that the Boston Celtics possess.

The only thing that the Cavaliers lack is a true power forward.

Ben Wallace has had a decent season, but he's 34 years old, and likely will retire very soon.

The Cavs have the chips to trade for Stoudemire. So, the question is: What are they willing to give up?

Phoenix gets: PF J.J. Hickson, PF Anderson Varejao, PG Daniel Gibson, and a first-round pick in 2009.

Cleveland gets: PF Amare Stoudemire

2. Stoudemire to the Detroit Pistons

MILWAUKEE - FEBRUARY 07: Rasheed Wallace #30 of the Detroit Pistons reacts after being called for a technical foul against the Milwaukee Bucks on February 7, 2009 at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Pistons defeated the Bucks 126-121 in ove

The Detroit Pistons have been the most disappointing team this season by far.

As of Feb. 13, Detroit had a record of 27-24. Pretty awful for a team that was in the NBA Finals just five years ago.

They've already made a trade this year, acquiring Allen Iverson from the Nuggets for Chauncey Billups.

The Pistons are looking to get younger and more talented. This is the deal I could see them making.

Phoenix gets: PF Rasheed Wallace and SF Tayshaun Prince.

Detroit gets: PF Amar'e Stoudemire and PG Goran Dragic.

3. Stoudemire to the Orlando Magic

DENVER - JANUARY 17: Hedo Turkoglu #15 of the Orlando Magic dribbles the ball upcourt against the Denver Nuggets during NBA action at the Pepsi Center on January 17, 2009 in Denver, Colorado. The Magic defeated the Nuggets 106-88. NOTE TO USER: User expr

Orlando has been one of the best teams in the entire league thus far. But for some reason they can't seem to stay on top.

Jameer Nelson is likely to miss the remainder of the year, which leaves Orlando in need of help.

Although they haven't shown much interest in Amare, they might if the price is right.

Phoenix gets:
SF Hedo Turkoglu, PF Brian Cook, SG J.J. Reddick, and a first-round pick in 2009.

Orlando gets: PF Amare Stoudemire and PG Goran Dragic.

4. Stoudemire to the Portland Trail Blazers

BOSTON - DECEMBER 05: LaMarcus Aldridge #12 of the Portland Trail Blazers takes a shot as Paul Pierce #34 of the Boston Celtics defends on December 5, 2008 at TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The Celtics defeated the Trail Blazers 93-78. NO

Portland is one of those teams that are in the middle of the pack, but can't seem to get to the top.

If they trade for Amare, they just might be able to do it. To my knowledge, they are the youngest team in the NBA, which has its advantages and its disadvantages.

Brandon Roy is the team leader, but who else has shown real star potential? LaMarcus Aldridge?

Phoenix gets: PF LaMarcus Aldridge, SF Nicolas Batum, and asecond-round pick in 2009.

Portland gets: PF Amare Stoudemire.

5. Stoudemire to the Utah Jazz

CHARLOTTE, NC - NOVEMBER 14: Carlos Boozer #5 of the Utah Jazz looks to pass during the game against the Charlotte Bobcats on November 14, 2008 at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Bobcats won 104-96. NOTE TO USER: User expressl

Carlos Boozer has missed most of the year for the Utah Jazz. This has led to overall underachievement for the club.

And so, they've been trying to trade Carlos Boozer for a few months now.

If Utah is serious about winning, they will give up what it takes to get Amare Stoudemire.

Phoenix gets: PF Carlos Boozer and SF Andrei Kirilenko.

Utah gets: PF Amare Stoudemire and SF Alando Tucker.

6. Shaquille O'Neal to the Los Angeles Lakers

LOS ANGELES, CA - FEBRUARY 10: Lamar Odom #7 of the Los Angeles Lakers shoots over Nenad Kristic #12 of the Oklahoma City Thunder on February 10, 2009 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The Lakers won 105-98. NOTE TO USER: User expressly ack

Shaq rejoining the Lakers could happen. He's told reporters that he would gladly go back to Los Angeles.

Apparently, his feud with Kobe Bryant has come to an end. Shaq even said that Kobe was better than LeBron James!

With Andrew Bynum likely to miss the rest of the regular season, the Lakers could use a dominate center. That would allow them to move Pau Gasol back to power forward.

Phoenix gets: SF Lamar Odom and PG Sasha Vujacic.

Los Angeles gets: C Shaquille O'Neal.

7. O'Neal to the Chicago Bulls

CHICAGO - FEBRUARY 12: Tyrus Thomas #24 of the Chicago Bulls dunks the ball against the Miami Heat on February 12, 2009 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agreees that, by downloading and/or using thi

Chicago is on the outside looking in on the Eastern Conference Playoff race.

They have talent across the board, but they lack a real Center. Aaron Gray is decent, but nothing more.

The Bulls are going to slip if they can't get their pivot position fixed.

Phoenix gets: PF Tyrus Thomas and SG Larry Hughes.

Chicago gets: C Shaquille O'Neal.

8. O'Neal to the New Orleans Hornets

NEW ORLEANS - DECEMBER 30: Tyson Chandler #6 of the New Orleans Hornets dunks the ball against the Washington Wizards on December 30, 2008 at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by

New Orleans wants to make a move of some sort. Recent reports say they are looking to move 26-year-old center Tyson Chandler.

Phoenix would love to get their hands on a young big man with talent, and that's just what Chandler is.

The only problems? He's often injured and is soft for his size.

Phoenix gets: C Tyson Chandler, SF Julian Wright, and a first-round pick in 2010.

New Orleans gets: C Shaquille O'Neal.

9. O'Neal to the Denver Nuggets

DENVER - DECEMBER 19: Kenyon Martin #4 of the Denver Nuggets dunks in front of LeBron James #23 of the Cleveland Cavaliers during NBA action at the Pepsi Center on December 19, 2008 in Denver, Colorado. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agr

Denver has been a first-round casualty the past two years. Seriously, it's time to take a chance.

The point guard, shooting guard, and small forward positions are set in stone. But what about the rest?

The Nuggets might not need Shaq that much during the regular season, but they could really use him in the Playoffs.

Phoenix gets: PF Kenyon Martin and SF Linas Kleiza.

Denver gets: C Shaquille O'Neal.

10. O'Neal to the Dallas Mavericks

DALLAS - JANUARY 28: Josh Howard #5 of the Dallas Mavericks during play against the Golden State Warriors on January 28, 2008 at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by downloading and/or

It's as simple as this: Dallas wants to get rid of Josh Howard. Phoenix needs a small forward. Dallas needs a center. It works out perfectly.

The Mavs can't rely on Erick Dampier to be the muscle in the middle.

Shaq will provide the Mavericks with power and a strong inside presence.

Phoenix gets: SF Josh Howard and PF James Singleton.

Dallas gets: C Shaquille O'Neal.
