Though training camps are just about a month away, and few players are truly on the “roster bubble” just yet, it’s not hard to surmise that certain players won’t make it to the 53-man roster this year.

Take the Pittsburgh Steelers—with 90 men on the roster now, and the need to pare it down to 53 before the start of the season, there will necessarily be cuts and necessarily be players worth developing moved to the practice squad.

Here are my early predictions on just who will end up on the Steelers’ practice squad this year.
