The finale of the latest installment of the Subway Series between the New York Yankees and New York Mets is underway.

Pitching for the Yankees is CC Sabathia, 9-3 with 3.55 ERA, while on the mound for the Mets is R.A. Dickey, 11-1 with a 2.00 ERA.

On Friday night, the Mets were able to get to Andy Pettitte early, scoring five runs in the first inning. The Yankees fought back late, but the Mets held onto a 6-4 win in Game 1.

In Game 2, the Mets had a 3-0 lead behind Chris Young, but Raul Ibanez changed that in the seventh inning, tying the game with a three-run home run to make it 3-3. Two batters later, Eric Chavez pinch-hit a go-ahead home run to left field and gave the Yankees a 4-3 lead they would hold onto for the remainder of the game.
