Yankees vs. Mets Live Blog: The Subway Series Finale on Sunday Night Baseball

The finale of the latest installment of the Subway Series between the New York Yankees and New York Mets is underway.
Pitching for the Yankees is CC Sabathia, 9-3 with 3.55 ERA, while on the mound for the Mets is R.A. Dickey, 11-1 with a 2.00 ERA.
On Friday night, the Mets were able to get to Andy Pettitte early, scoring five runs in the first inning. The Yankees fought back late, but the Mets held onto a 6-4 win in Game 1.
In Game 2, the Mets had a 3-0 lead behind Chris Young, but Raul Ibanez changed that in the seventh inning, tying the game with a three-run home run to make it 3-3. Two batters later, Eric Chavez pinch-hit a go-ahead home run to left field and gave the Yankees a 4-3 lead they would hold onto for the remainder of the game.
