Featherweights Marcos Vinicius “Vina” Borges Pancini (19-3-1) vs. Wagner “Galeto” Campos (11-3)
This one will not go to the judges’ scorecards.
Marcos Pancini has finished every fight he’s ever won, having six wins by knockout and 13 wins by submission. Classified as a ground fighter, the BJJ standout also possesses very good standup as well, varying his attack.
Staring him down from the opposite corner will be Wagner Campos. Galeto is no slouch himself, with nine of his 11 victories coming by way of KO or submission.
What this ultimately boils down to is who has more experience and who’s more ready for a shot in the UFC.
Marcos “Vina” Pancini by second-round KO.
Featherweights Felipe Arantes (14-4) vs Milton Vieira (13-7-1)
You have just got to love this division. If last night’s fights showed you anything, it’s that the featherweights bring it every single round. Fast-paced action is the norm, and rarely will you see someone gas out. This match will epitomize that.
Felipe Arantes is a man of many skills. Training in Judo and Tae Kwon Do at an early age, the Muay Thai black belt can definitely hold his own standing. However, with four submission wins, he can make you tap if and when it hits the ground, too.
With that being said, Arantes has never faced someone like The Anaconda King Milton Vieira. Known as the Godfather of Anaconda Choke, Vieira will make sure you tap or nap. Your choice. I look for the Octagon experience to be the difference in this fight, but it should be a nice 15 minutes of BJJ action.
Arantes by decision.
These two fights should set the stage nicely for what’s sure to be two action-packed Facebook prelim fights. So don’t be the one to miss out on something special. You really don’t want to miss what these two fights have to offer.
