We all know by now that at No Way Out, the WWE Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship will be defended in the unforgiving Elimination Chamber.
For those who don’t know the rules of the Elimination Chamber match, let me explain them briefly.
The Elimination Chamber is a vile structure comprised of four pods, each one holding a competitor. Two of the six competitors begin the match, and after a fixed duration of time, the pods open one after another, until all six of the wrestlers are in the match.
One can eliminate opponents either by pinfall or by submission. The last man standing is declared the winner.
Now, onto the previews and predictions of the matches:
World Heavyweight Championship: John Cena(c) vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Kane vs. Chris Jericho vs. Mike Knox
Many people think that this match is below the standard and John Cena will retain his gold. But I don’t think so.
Anyone can win this match as Wrestlemania XXV is exactly two months away and WWE can create any storyline in half that time.
Mike Knox is a beast and he could win this match to capture his first world title and give us a huge shock. Rey Mysterio has won the world title once, in 2006, and could also go on to win his second at No Way Out.
Kane has a great opportunity to win this match, as he is the most promising of all the competitors I have seen in this match.
Chris Jericho wants to main-event Wrestlemania XXV and he can earn this honor only one way: win the world title at No Way Out.
And, Cena! He has never backed away from any challenge and won’t back away this time too. He is a former Elimination Chamber winner and knows how to beat the odds.
The only person I think won’t win this match is Kofi Kingston. He is a midcarder and has never held any world titles. Kingston is also inexperienced which gives him more disadvantages.
Cena, Kane, or Y2J has the chance to walk out from No Way Out happily with the gold around their waist.
Either Cena or Y2J will win the world title.
WWE Championship: Edge(c) vs. Undertaker vs. Big Show vs. Triple H vs. Vladimir Kozlov vs. Jeff Hardy
This is the match on the card that all crazy wrestling fans will want to see. Five former world champions and an undefeated Vladimir Kozlov—wow!
This is an extremely unpredictable match. Undertaker and Triple H are two former Elimination Chamber winners, and all the others have also participated in different unpredictable matches and made those matches unforgettable.
Edge, Big Show, and Vladimir Kozlov have no chance in hell of winning the WWE title although they will put up a great fight to make things harder for others.
Jeff Hardy might have a chance to win the WWE title, although he is currently in a feud with his brother Matt and is focusing on him lately. But still, he could also win the title and make his brother more jealous.
That leaves us with only two men—"The Game" Triple H and "The Phenom," Undertaker. Undertaker was robbed of winning the Royal Rumble this year and he might get his thirst quenched by winning the WWE title.
Also, this might be the last Wrestlemania for the Phenom, and WWE might want him to main-event Wrestlemania XXV, which could give him a good advantage to win the gold.
Triple H was one of the last two men in the Royal Rumble but lost to Randy Orton after being distracted by Orton’s allies, Ted Dibiase, Jr. and Cody Rhodes.
"The Game" could regain momentum by winning the Elimination Chamber match for the second straight year.
The Undertaker will win the WWE title as this might be his last Wrestlemania and the organization might want to main-event him.
