49ers wide receiver Randy Moss has a tendency to piss people off ruffle some feathers. He also has a reputation as a player who may not give 100 percent 100 percent of the time.

But perhaps he landed in just the right spot to jump back on the page.

How can head coach Jim Harbaugh help facilitate Moss' assimilation into the offense and his reassimilation into the NFL after a year away from football?

Moss has looked good in practice and seems truly motivated to set the record straight after a humbling “end” to his career. But it's not all about Moss alone; the environment has to be right in order to get the most out of Moss.

Some of that pressure will also fall on quarterback Alex Smith to be as efficient of a passer as he was last year, but perhaps even a bit more explosive.
