With news that the conference commissioners and Notre Dame athletic director Jack Swarbrick plan to present a four-team playoff plan to universities presidents in the coming days, a new rumor surfaced earlier today from OrangeBloods.com’s Chip Brown that is once again is connecting Notre Dame with the Big 12.
