If suspended defensive end Johnny Jolly is reinstated by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, there’s no indication whether the Green Bay Packers would give him another shot.

A team spokesman said Tuesday the Packers wouldn’t comment on a report that Jolly last week asked Goodell to end his indefinite suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.
