With WWE's change in—I guess you can say "approach to get ratings"—they sort of dumbed it down a bit with less blood, women in bikinis, and hardcore stuff that younger kids can follow.

I know you're asking where the hell I'm going with this. Well...

A number of people are complaining that ECW has not lived up to their name of Extreme Championship Wrestling. And you know what? You're absolutely right.

I know the WWE are trying to lessen the image they once had—but seriously, it's not living up to it's name anymore. ECW hasn't been ECW since back when RVD, Sabu, the Sandman, and Tommy Dreamer went hardcore throw matches on to everything crazy.

So now that the WWE is trying to lower their viewer age rating. Don't you think it's about time that you change the name maybe? They can use a WCW-trademarked name since they bought it out. How about bringing Nitro or Thunder back?

Another thing—when was the last time you saw Edge really go Rated R superstar? Back when he first started the gimmick. It worked and all, but now it's just dead. He's now more PG-13 than rated R.

The "attitude" era was suppose to get people to watch because it was things they'd never seen before. Now that's gone you have bra and panties matches gone all the blood and hardcore. and most of all the high risk stunts as well—except for last year, when Jeff swantoned off 30 feet in the air.

I'd definitely like to hear your thoughts on this because this has been annoying me. With all the complaints I've been reading for the past two weeks I'm more in the middle, but now I'm starting to miss the old "Attitude" WWE.
