With another very unnecessary International break upon us, I do query as to what Fabio Capello's starting lineup will be.

With an almost full-strength squad to choose from, Capello should pick from the most in-form players and not the guaranteed names, such as John Terry, as he isn't playing as well as Phil Jagielka.

Here's my starting XI.

Rob Green

Glen Johnson
Phil Jagielka
Matthew Upson
Ashley Cole

Shaun Wright-Phillips
David Beckham
Michael Carrick
Ashley Young

Emile Heskey
Gabby Agbonlahor

I am choosing Upson and Jagielka at centre back purely because their form is brilliant as of late. However, I have chosen to leave Carlton Cole on the bench despite him being on fire recently.

I have chosen Heskey as the target man because he has that bit of extra experience to go with Agbonlahor's lack there of.

However, I would bring Cole off the bench and NOT Crouch.

I would also bring James Milner off the bench because he deserves his chance at the highest level, after being in the Under 21's for what seemed to be years.

However, I don't really feel that David James has much of a future in International football because Rob Green and Joe Hart are better goalkeepers.
