Big Show vs. John Cena in WWE's 'No Way Out': BR5

BR5Daily ShowJune 13, 2012

This weekend marks the 12th WWE "No Way Out" pay-per-view event, and with six scheduled matches already, the stage has been set for it to include all the drama and fanfare of a classic WWE event. Marking the first reappearance of  "No Way Out" since 2009, the main event will feature Big Show and John Cena.

What better way to get ready for the festivities than getting the scoop straight from Bleacher Report’s resident wrestling guru, “Big Nasty”? Big Nasty is never at a loss for words when it comes to wrestling, and this weekend is no exception. Nasty teamed up with BR5’s Desi Sanchez to give us all the latest of the main players involved.

First up, John Cena takes on the 500-pound Big Show, in what will likely be a good reflection of the star’s name, making it a big show and spectacle, indeed. WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis are expected to be ringside for the main event, which will likely only add to the excitement.

Next up, the WWE championship is on the line as CM Punk defends against Kane and Daniel Bryan. Bryan has become one of the hottest commodities in wrestling, building his brand almost solely on one phrase; “Yes, Yes, Yes!”

The Intercontinental belt is also on the line, as Christian defends against Cody Rhodes. But, what really gets Big Nasty fired up is the heavyweight championship, with Dolph Ziggler challenging Seamus for the title.

And Big Nasty would never miss an opportunity to talk about his favorite female wrestler, which he makes sure we remember is the lovely Beth Phoenix. One thing is for sure, when Big Nasty is fired up for a wrestling event, it’s probably a good idea to tune in!
