Martin Biron of NY Rangers and His Son, Jacob, Watch the LA Kings Win the Cup

NHLPAContributor IIIJune 13, 2012

On the night the LA Kings won the Stanley Cup, Martin Biron, backup goalie for the New York Rangers, did something his parents used to do with him when he was a kid. He woke up his son, Jacob, so that he could catch the last few moments of the game and watch the winning team hoist the Cup and celebrate.

In this Players' PlayBook video, Martin shares a sweet moment with his son and talks about the history of the LA Kings (and this being their first-ever Cup). He and Jacob also took the opportunity to talk about the next time the Rangers will win the Cup and what Jacob would do to celebrate if he ever wins the Cup when he gets older.
