The women's final looks to be one-sided on paper. But, we all know that championships aren't won on paper.

Maria Sharapova will return to No. 1 on Monday, after four years of being out of the top spot. However, Sara Errani will also be in the top 10 on Monday, so maybe this should be a closer match after all.

Errani has the ability to run down ball after ball, and will test Sharapova's patience. Errani has won more matches on clay this year than anyone, and won three tournaments. I think it's safe to say she's playing the best clay-court tennis of her life.

Sharapova is going for the career slam, so there's a lot of pressure on her. She would become the 10th female to achieve it. She certainly is playing with confidence, and is also playing the best clay-court tennis of her life.

I went 2-0 on Friday's men's semis, taking my total for the tournament to 65-19. Here's my prediction for the women's final.

No. 2 Maria Sharapova vs. No. 23 Sara Errani: I think Errani has a shot in this match. She's playing great and has nothing to lose. If she can handle her nerves, she will certainly push Sharapova.

Maria has struggled in grand slam finals lately, and that has to be in the back of her mind. This match will be competitive, but I think it comes down to one simple thing: Sharapova will eat Erani's serves for lunch. Sharapova will be able to hold her own serve enough times to pull it out, and complete the career slam.

Winner: Sharapova in two sets
