Rutgers dipped into a familiar local talent pool – South Brunswick High School – to land another football recruit when safety TJ Taylor gave the Scarlet Knights a verbal commitment today, becoming the fifth recruit to pledge to coach Kyle Flood for 2013, according to ScarletReport.com.
