No need to come up with anything jazzy or motivational today.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will do that for you.

I wanted to give you a chance to glance at their new preseason video teaser: A New Day Rising.

Go ahead and jump in the shotgun seat of coach Greg Schiano's vehicle and take a pre-dawn drive to One Buccaneer Place. Walk with him through the entrance, take a peek in his office.

If you're not on board yet, take a quick look at him conducting a team practice. That should do it for you.

This is a really well-done piece by the video pros in the organization. Sharp, snappy and it might even sell a season ticket or two.

There is a buzz about these Schiano-led Bucs. Columnist Gary Shelton of the Tampa Bay Times spent some one-on-one time with Schiano and asked him point-blank if the former Rutgers coach is the right guy for this job.

I think most of us know the answer to that.

Ultimately, the success of any NFL team is measured in wins and losses but when you check out Shelton's time with Schiano, you'll get an interesting take on the new coach's view of "winning."

The next and final big step before training camp comes next week with the June 12 to June 14 mandatory team minicamp.

Time is a commodity that is not in Schiano's favor, but obviously he has his own plan.
