Seton Hall (12-9, 3-6) at Rutgers (10-13, 1-9)

Line: Rutgers -1.5

Seton Hall took out St. John’s on Thursday 91-81 and gets another shot at someone lower on the Big East totem pole on Sunday. Although they were outrebounded 37-28, the Pirates shot well enough to win. The three-game winning streak is starting to erase the memories of losing the prior seven games.

Rutgers stuck with Georgetown on the road but lost 57-47. It’s tough when you’re struggling in the Big East because you’re playing the 25th-ranked team in the nation and they are sitting in a tie for ninth place in your conference. There really are very few opportunities to be successful.

ATS

Seton Hall is 10-6 against the spread, including 3-3 on the road.

Rutgers is 10-7 against the spread, including 4-4 at home.

The poor Seton Hall rebounding can be viewed as lack of effort. Rutgers playing at home should be able to take this one.

Dave’s Pick: Rutgers -1.5
