There is absolutely nothing worse than watching an exciting football game with a fantastic finish and then having to hear the same run-of-the-mill, drab cliches in postgame interviews.

"Our goal is to make the playoffs." Oh really, not exactly an earth-shattering, insightful comment. But, you hear these every day from almost every NFL player that gets a microphone put near their face.

While that's highly unlikely, and downright impossible to make happen, we take a look at the 10 most overused and terrible cliches in the NFL.

JR from "JR Sports Brief" and National NFL Lead Writer Josh Zerkle go back and forth with athlete cliches that will hopefully go away very soon—though probably not.

The guys break down why these cliches are so terrible, and honestly it's the only place where you can actually find some humor associated with those same boring answers.
