The Tampa Bay Rays have agreed on a minor league contract with right-hander Winston Abreu.

What, did you think Bobby Abreu would sign a minor league deal?

Abreu has 929 strikeouts and just 374 walks in 776 2/3 innings in the minor leagues.

He last pitched in the majors in 2007 for the Washington Nationals when he went 0-1 with a 5.93 ERA in 26 games.

Look for Abreu to add some depth in the bullpen for the Rays this season.
