Vikash Dhorasoo to Manage a FIFA Project in India

clash terribleContributor IFebruary 6, 2009

Vikash Dhorasoo claims that he was "labelled" as the first football player of Indian blood playing the World Cup. Contrary to this, his wiki entry makes a striking statement that he is of Telugu origin, generally referred to people who are from the southern state of Andhra Pradesh in India.

Labelled or not, it has all turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as he is going to involve in a FIFA project in India, which will make you see Vikash back in football after hanging up his boots in January 2008.

Vikash is quite an interesting character, often called a "midfield intellectual" who eventually went on to make a documentary about his frustrating time as substitute in the World Cup 2006 named "Substitute."

It will be great to see him in India and we are welcome to accept his share of help for Indian football.

Dhorassoo dreams of change
