Colleyville, Texas quarterback Cody Thomas has given his pledge to Bob Stoops and the Oklahoma Sooners. The 6’5”, 210-pound passer threw for 3,296 yards and 36 touchdowns as a junior, good enough to be ranked as the No. 7 pro-style quarterback in the Class of 2013 by

Stoops was able to win the battle for Thomas, beating Oklahoma State and Florida for his services, but Oklahoma’s head coach still has more work to get the signal-caller to step on campus. Stoops will have to also fend off Major League Baseball, as Thomas is expected to be selected in their June draft.
