Metta World Peace Gets an Unfair Flagrant Foul
This is what happens when people fear your outbursts. Metta World Peace attempted to block Thabo Sefolosha's shot, and the two appeared to collide at the rim.
Only, it wasn't much of a collision. Though Sefolosha fell, Peace appeared to get all ball. Oddly, after some consideration, the referees decided to call this a flagrant foul, prompting a technical from Kobe Bryant.
Reggie Miller called this "guilt by association," though I'm not sure that's the properly applied term. It's more that, Metta "Ron Artest" World Peace is guilty until proven innocent in the eyes of timid zebras.
