Even though Eden Hazard didn't make a decision on Sunday, Chelsea need to wait on him.

After announcing he would make a decision about his future, Hazard explained that he was still undecided. Seriously—the 21-year-old diva made an announcement that he hasn't made a decision.

Meanwhile, Chelsea need to continue waiting.

Say what you want about his handling of the press (it's been poor); Hazard is the real deal. He scored 21 goals in all competitions this season, but his facilitation could become a larger asset in the English Premier League.

Yes, he can put the ball in the net. However, when there are goal-scorers around him, Hazard will be able to dribble and pass without having to worry about scoring. Without that pressure to score goals, Hazard's creativity will flourish, and he will completely change the look of Chelsea.

That is, if he chooses these Blues.

After seemingly wrapping-up a deal, Manchester City are no longer the favorites everyone once thought. Talks have allegedly fallen through, and City could decide to look elsewhere. Given the already loaded lineup at the Etihad Stadium, it wouldn't be surprising if they lost interest in a prima donna.

However, that doesn't mean Chelsea should lose interest.

The Blues dressing room is not short on egos or controversy. That being said, each player knows his role, which makes the other potential problems easier to ignore. If Hazard comes into the club and accepts that he's still a kid, there shouldn't be an issue.

Chelsea are coming off a Champions League victory that won't be easy to defend. Unless the Blues improve their attack, they won't capture the same magic next year. Bringing in Hazard would be a huge step in defending their title.

Hazard may be acting immature, but he's still only 21 years old. He still has growing to do. Chelsea need to understand that.

If the Blues are smart, they will, and the club will wait however long Hazard's decision may take.
