According to a recent Sports Illustrated article, Tim Duncan has no love for "The Big Ticket." The article states that Duncan hates how Kevin Garnett has made a career of trying to punk Duncan—baiting him, slapping him and whispering really weird smack into his ear.
SI’s Chris Ballard also pointed out that Tim Duncan’s teams are 44-17 against KG’s teams, including the playoffs. Duncan also averages 19.4 points per game and 11.6 boards versus Garnett's teams.
Tim Duncan is averaging 16.8 points per game and 8.3 boards this postseason, while Garnett is averaging 20.3 points and 11 rebounds.
