After hearing the news about the possibility of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin having his last match with Shane McMahon Vs. Randy Orton and "Legacy" (which you can read about in my most recent article), I received a little note about The Rocks very own farewell match.

The original plan for this years WrestleMania was to have Steve Austin have in one final match with "The great one" The Rock, but the offer was shot down by Dwayne Johnson because of his current movie obligations.

The offers didn't stop there.

Vincent McMahon pitched another idea for next years WrestleMania to have the spotlight on "The Peoples Champ" similar to WrestleMania 24, with Ric Flair, and this years 'Mania, with Steve Austin.

Could this mean next year The Rock will be put into the Hall of Fame?

And if he does have one last match, who will it be against?

I think it would be awesome for The Rocks last match to be one on one with Austin, but seeing as this year will most likely be his last, it won't happen.

We still have a year and some months to go, but you can't help but to think about it, especially after hearing The Rock might be involved.
