SMU Women's 'Call Me, Maybe' Cover One Ups Harvard's: BR5

BR5Daily ShowMay 15, 2012

Welcome to BR5, your daily source for sports and pop culture news.

What do you get when you're trapped in the car on a long road trip with nothing to do but listen to music? Awesome viral videos, of course! The Harvard men's baseball team busted out a choreographed
cover of Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" while on the road.

Over 5 million views later, the women’s rowing team from SMU decided to one-up them with their own little routine...taking the Harvard version and turning it on its head literally.  The ladies mimic the guys' version with their feet—and do a sexy job while doing it, we might add.

"Call Me Maybe" is a song by Canadian singer-songwriter Carly Rae Jepsen, taken from her first album, Curiosity. The single is currently No. 3 on iTunes' music chart.

New York Mets infielder Justin Turner has also uses the song as his at-bat music at home games.
