BR5Daily ShowDecember 21, 2016

Welcome to BR5, your daily source for sports and pop culture news.

Our friends over at Yahoo and Men’s Health compiled the 10 Greatest songs to work out to.  Used as a motivational tool, music tends to fire everyone up.  BR5 compiled a list of our top 3 amongst their list.

Another One Bites the Dust was released by Queen in 1980.  This song come's off the band's 8th studio album, The Game. Men's Health recommends this song when transitioning from one workout routine to another.

Bill Conti’s awesome Rocky’s Theme, Gonna Fly Now, ranks high amongst workout fans.  The song allows people to envision themselves in a Rocky montage.  This will get you fired up for any occasion.

BR5's favorite workout song is only number two on their list. Lose Yourself by slim shady himself, Eminem.  Lose Yourself released as the first single from the original soundtrack to the movie 8 Mile in October of 2002.
