Mosley Beat Pacquiao to the Punch, Manny Would Have Beaten Margarito

Freddie Roach didn't think Margarito could be beaten by Manny Pacquiao.  In fact most experts had Margarito destroying the elder Mosley, but the exact opposite occurred.  Mosley knocked down and TKO'ed Margarito in the ninth, and in the process took away Manny's chances of shocking the welterweight boxing world.

Mosley boxed the bigger, but slower Margarito.  Manny could very well have done the same, using his speed and quickness to box Margarito, and Manny's never waning stamina would have seen him through all 12 rounds if it lasted that long.

The filp side is that Manny could very well have been caught before then, but Margarito even with plastered and casted hands didn't have one punch KO power.

Now a fight with Margarito or Manny would lose it's luster after Margarito lost the way he did.

Hopefully, Manny can face the winner of a Mosley Cotto showdown.
