English Premier League Form Table: Ranking All 20 Teams

0 of 20

    A frantic final day saw Manchester City crowned champions of England for the first time in 44 years.

    But will City also top the final B/R English Premier League form table of the season?

    Read on to find out.

    Each team was ranked based on their last eight league matches. Only league matches—no cup competitions or any other league, foreign or domestic—were considered.

    Ties were broken first with goal differential and second with number of goals scored.

    W=home win

    w=away win

    L=home loss

    l=away loss

    D=home draw

    d=away draw
