Talk about one of the All-Time greats taking his rightful place among the greats. Congratulations are in order for Rod Woodson who has just been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility.

I want this article to get straight to the point.

For those of you not familiar with Rod Woodson, he terrorized NFL offenses for 17 seasons. Woodson was without a doubt, one of the finest cornerbacks of his generation.

He was an 11-time Pro Bowl selection, a six time first-team All-Pro, the 1993 NFL Defensive Player of the Year, a member of the 1990's All-Decade team and the NFL's 7th Anniversary team, a Super Bowl champion, and now a Hall of Famer.

He set an NFL record with 1,483 interception return yards and 12 interceptions returned for touchdowns, both of which are records that still stands to this day.

Congratulations Rod Woodson for your official induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
