This is it.

Thirty-seven rounds of Premier League football leading up to this.

Survival Sunday.

High stakes for not only City and United, but those at the bottom of the table and the fight for the Champions League spots.

I present to you 10 bold predictions for Survival Sunday.

Please do not hesitate to leave your opinion in the comments section below.

Enjoy!

Bolton Will Be Relegated

Bolton are in the relegation zone going into Survival Sunday. They must hope QPR lose against Manchester City, and they win against Stoke City to avoid relegation.

Manchester City will not lose to QPR, so Bolton might have a chance. Even if QPR lose, I believe that Bolton will also lose their respective match.

Stoke have played a solid game of football for the past few outings, drawing 1-1 against Arsenal and Everton. Coincidentally, their most recent result was a 1-0 loss to Queens Park Rangers.

Bolton will join Wolverhampton and Blackburn in the Championship next season.

Final Score Prediction:

Stoke City 1-0 Bolton

Newcastle and Tottenham Will Both Draw

Tottenham and Newcastle are both on the brink of a Champions League spot. Tottenham trail Arsenal by one in fourth place, and Newcastle are one behind Tottenham.

Tottenham haven't been at their best lately. While they did defeat Blackburn and Bolton, both teams are relegation bound. Their most recent match against Aston Villa resulted in a 0-0 draw.

While they are playing at home to Fulham, I don't think Tottenham will be able to muster a win. Fulham's most prolific goal scorer, Clint Dempsey, has been a firecracker recently. The American International has shown his abilities in the EPL. With Fulham climbing up the table, tied with Liverpool and one point behind Everton, a win for the Cottagers would be grand for them.

With Dempsey being a big player in the summer transfer market scene, Fulham will have to show potential to keep him. A seventh-place finish for them would help their cause.

On to Newcastle.

Newcastle have shown they are capable of being a great team, beating Chelsea 2-0. Yet a win at Everton is not going to be easy to come by. While Everton haven't played their best football in the past few weeks, they are going to give it their all against Newcastle.

Yet Newcastle's Champions League dreams may not be done for quite yet...

Final Score Predictions:

Tottenham 2-2 Fulham

Everton 1-1 Newcastle

Arsenal Will Lose to West Brom

Arsenal have faltered in the past few matches. The seemingly solid team has collapsed, drawing their past three outings against Chelsea, Stoke and Norwich.

Both teams have a significant number of players out for the match.

Arsenal will be lacking Walcott, Arteta, Sagna, Mertesacker, Diaby, Wilshere and Frimpong. While many of these players have been out for much of the season (Wilshere), Arteta and Walcott will make a big difference.

West Brom will also be missing their captain, Chris Brunt.

The last time these two teams played, Arsenal won 3-0 with goals from Arteta, Vermaelen and Van Persie. Yet with Arteta out and Arsenal not playing well, the result could be different this time.

West Brom know they can play spoilsport in the match against Arsenal. West Brom have lost just one of their past six matches, whereas Arsenal have not won in their past four. Their is a chance that Roy Hodgson's farewell match may be a win for the home team.

Final Score Prediction:

West Brom 2-1 Arsenal

QPR Will Draw with Manchester City

A seemingly impossible situation just might take place this Sunday.

The stakes in this game are astronomical. If City win, they win their first EPL title in 44 years.

If QPR win or draw, they will spend another season in the Premier League, winning their relegation battle with Bolton.

Manchester City have seemed spot on in the past few matches. Yet QPR have shown the ability to beat some of the better teams in the EPL, such as Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool. What is stopping them from drawing with Manchester City?

While they did have a humiliating loss to Chelsea, QPR have bounced back from it and are playing the best football they have all season.

Another reason QPR will be fighting to secure their spot in the PL is if QPR are relegated, they will go downhill from there. Barton and Cisse will most likely leave the club, and QPR will spend many years in the Championship.

Final Score Prediction:

Manchester City 1-1 Queens Park Rangers

Manchester United Will Win the EPL

Fergie will get the last laugh once more.

After a losing to City twice during the year, once in a 6-1 blowout, it seemed City had the title secured. Yet when City had a dry spell in the middle of the season, United caught up. United surpassed City on points. Then they switched again, and City went on top once more. Now going into Survival Sunday, United and City are level on points, yet City are up eight goals on United.

Yet with United sure to knock Sunderland off their feet, will City also win their respective match?

I predict no.

As you read in the previous slide, I think QPR will shock the world and draw with City, leaving United to take their 20th Premier League title.

Final Score Prediction:

Sunderland 0-3 Manchester United

If you have reached the conclusion, congratulations!

Many readers would have stopped reading and closed the web page, or angrily scribbled a comment after reading any of the last three slides.

These are bold predictions. Predictions that probably are less likely to happen than others. The sporting world is full of surprises, that's why we have "bold predictions."
