Daniel ArouchianSenior Analyst IJanuary 31, 2009

The Montreal Canadiens finally win one to break the four game loosing streak.

Saku Koivu was eventually credited for the winning goal that gave the Habs a 4-3 victory of the L.A. Kings.

Even Chris Higgins got on the scoresheet with a goal. He had a one-on-one with King's player Drew Doughty.

"I managed to get through him," said Higgins, with a straight face, to Hockey Night In Canada 's Elliotte Friedman. "I saw the goalie was coming out with a poke check and I got it up and over."

Tomas Plelanek, Andrei Kostitsyn, Chris Higgins and Saku koivu each got a goal.

Habs are 28-15-6. They face the Boston Bruins tomorrow afternoon. Game time is at 2 pm EST.
