And there's the trophy. City captain Vincent Kompany lifts it, and the Etihad Stadium goes nuts.
Great celebration for an amazing, unbelievable final day of a wonderful season.

Celebration
City's players are about to come back out on the pitch. They're all wearing jerseys with "Champions 12" written in gold on the back.
The trophy presentation is coming up.

What does it all mean?
City win the title after a memorable comeback in stoppage time. United finish second.
Arsenal take third and the league's final guaranteed Champions League spot.
Tottenham take fourth and they'll need Chelsea to lose the Champions League final (a Chelsea win would put them in next season's Champions League group stage. A Bayern Munich win would put Spurs there).
Wolves, Blackburn and Bolton are relegated.
Results
Chelsea 2-1 Blackburn
Everton 3-1 Newcastle
Manchester City 3-2 QPR
Norwich City 2-0 Aston Villa
Stoke 2-2 Bolton
Sunderland 0-1 Manchester United
Swansea 1-0 Liverpool
Tottenham 2-0 Fulham
West Brom 2-3 Arsenal

That was the most incredible end to a sports season, ever.
— Sports Illustrated (@SInow) May 13, 2012
They've waited 44 years ...now the pitch is covered with jubilant #mcfc fans. Amazing scenes. City champions because they refused to give up
— Henry Winter (@henrywinter) May 13, 2012
Nails bitten, heart rate through the roof, what a league, what a season, what a final day. No words other than #unbelievable.
— Hayley McQueen (@HayleyMcQueen) May 13, 2012
If you are going to wait 44 years then that was a finish worth waiting for. Man City champions for the first time since 1967/68.

Final scores
Manchester City 3-2 QPR
Sunderland 0-1 Manchester United
Both teams finish with 89 points. City win the title thanks to a superior goal differential.
It's a movie script ending for City, who trailed 2-1 heading into second half stoppage time.
They needed two goals in stoppage time to win their first title in 44 years.
And they got two goals in stoppage time to win their first title in 44 years.
This goes up there with Arsenal's last-day triumph in 1989 over Liverpool. If you don't know, look it up.
Great news for Man City. Stunning for Man United.
If you're not affected by this, you don't have a beating heart.

Final whistle
Man City beat QPR 3-2 and win the league!
Man United won but it doesn't matter!
You should see Alex Ferguson's face. Priceless.
Unbelievable
City score twice in stoppage time! Steve McManaman has lost his voice!
GOAL!
Aguero!

Wow!
So City now have three minutes to find an unlikely winner.
QPR take the kickoff and merely lump the ball down the field.
They have no pretensions. Their only goal is to play defense right now.
Drama!

CITY GOAL!
Edin Dzeko equalizes for City from a corner!
Game on!

CITY CHANCE!
Mario Balotelli powers a header at the QPR goal, but Paddy Kenny keeps it out!
He's been immense for QPR today!
Injury time
Five minutes to be added on at the Etihad. There's still a chance…

Agreed:
Just seen one City fan (only one) leave, shaking his head. If you've waited 44 years, surely you'd wait another few minutes

Squeaky Bum Time
Five minutes and stoppage time left for City. They need two goals to beat QPR and win the league.
Man United, meanwhile, are leading Sunderland 1-0 and are apparently quite comfortable.
Game time!

Squeaky Bum Time
10 minutes left! City must score twice and beat QPR to win the title!
As it stands, Man United would win yet another Premier League crown.
Game time!
