Cleary Should Be Ready for Training Camp After Undergoing Knee Surgery

Detroit Red Wings' forward Danny Cleary underwent knee surgery Tuesday and should be ready for training camp, general manager Ken Holland said Wednesday.
The surgery took place in Cleveland and addressed several issues Cleary dealt with for most of last season.
"There was some floating debris in there (the doctor) cleaned out and some torn cartilage he fixed," Holland said. "We have to monitor him next season but he should be ready for camp.
