Each morning, I like to start the day off with a workout—usually a morning jog. I can clear my head, plan my day, and think about what’s going on around the NFC South.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Ira Kaufman puts much of the pressure of success in 2012 squarely on the shoulders of the Bucs defensive line.

ESPN ranked the top-10 undrafted free-agent signings, with Iowa State corner Leonard Johnson at No. 3.

Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons lost two scouts on Wednesday. Ran Cathon and Taylor Morton left the team to join Les Snead in the St. Louis Rams' front office.

Carolina Panthers

As the rookies arrive for minicamp this weekend, Joe Person said signing contracts is a bit easier than it used to be because of the new collective bargaining agreement. The most important thing, however, is getting out onto the field.

Rookie linebacker Luke Kuechly talks about the process of being drafted and the weeks that have led up to getting to Panthers' camp.

New Orleans Saints

There's a new Saints song hitting the Internet called "Pay Drew Brees!" My favorite line is "It's time to give Brees his cheese."

Bradley Handwerger thinks that Joe Vitt can still lead this New Orleans team in 2012, even after Anthony Hargrove's declaration that stated Vitt told him to lie about Bountygate.
