There's an old truism that some Fantasy owners have developed over the years: never pay for saves. The logic behind it is simple -- closers are constantly getting hurt or yanked from their roles, making early-to-mid season replacements, who can be plucked off the waiver wire or added via FAAB, fairly plentiful.
