Early this morning, Floyd Mayweather made it known to the whole world via Twitter that he's serious about his promotion company in the world of boxing.

Mayweather tweeted:

"Floyd Mayweather ‏ @FloydMayweather

. slowly puts together its BOMB SQUAD"

This picture was included in the tweet showing Mayweather standing with super middleweight Andre Dirrell, undefeated and former featherweight champion Yuriorkis Gamboa and current featherweight champion Celestino Caballero.

These three men are supposedly going to sign with Mayweather Promotions soon and fight under his banner. It's no secret that Gamboa wants to sign with Mayweather as Roger Mayweather talked of Gamboa signing before and Gamboa has been seen numerous times at Floyd's gym after ditching the Rios press conference.

Dirrell and Caballero were both rumored to be in talks to sign with Mayweather. Caballero said he was close to signing with a promotional company in the United States that wasn't Top Rank and speculated to be Mayweather Promotions due to his ties with Jeff Mayweather, his trainer and Floyd's uncle.

This is a huge step for Mayweather.

Currently, his fighters include Jesse Vargas, Deandre Latimore and himself. With these three fighters, he now adds three well-known fighters to his banner, two men who have held or currently hold a title and a former bronze medalist from the 2004 Olympics.

Mayweather wants to get the word out as fast as he can and is using his Twitter to familiarize his fans with his new fighters. Minutes after announcing "The Bomb Squad," he tweeted Caballero and Dirrell's Twitter so that people could follow them.

"Floyd Mayweather ‏ @FloydMayweather

Follow these guys  and "

It's too soon to tell how far Mayweather Promotions can go, but right now everything is looking good. The only problem is Gamboa's current ties to Top Rank.

Excluding that, Mayweather just added some quality men to his stable and may be a big player in future fights well after he retires.
