Freddie Freeman was named NL Player of the Week today for the second time in three weeks, and the Colorado Rockies would surely agree he deserved the award.

The 22-year-old first basman hit .367 (11-for-30) with three homers, 10 RBIs and a 1.130 OPS for the week that ended Sunday, a week he capped by hitting a three-run homer and triple in the Braves’ sweep-clinching win at Coors Field.

He also went 4-for-6 with a two-run homer in the series opener Friday...
