Floyd Mayweather brings his thrilling, hyped and highly in-demand boxing skills to the world on May 5 against Miguel Cotto at the MGM Grand in Lax Vegas, Nevada.

Like any fight with Money, this bout has built up a ton of anticipation. It has a chance to live up to that hype, too. Miguel Cotto is a worthy opponent. He is 37-2, and a four-time world champion in three weight divisions.

Cotto packs a lot of boom in his punches—30 wins have come by KO. He is a brawling-style fighter, and he is all heart.

If Mayweather is going to win this fight, he is definitely going to have earn it.

Here are some vitals on the fight.

Where: MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV

Watch: Available on Pay-Per-View for $59.95; you can order on Comcast here; Time Warner Cable here.

When: Saturday, May 5, at 10:00 p.m. EST

Prediction: Mayweather in an easy unanimous decision.

Miguel Cotto is not going to let himself get knocked out in this fight, and Mayweather won't need to take enough chances to get that victory.

Cotto will win a couple of rounds in this bout in the mid portions, and I'm going to say it will be rounds four and seven, but that will be it.

He is going to have to expend too much energy throwing blows at Mayweather to get any to land. Floyd's defense is just too good. Except for a few flourishes from Cotto, Floyd will dominate this fight.
